“Fossilised Fields,”

Dig into the past in this small prototype inspired by Stardew Valley. Instead of farming crops, explore the land and dig up ancient fossils hidden underground. Discover, collect, and uncover pieces of prehistoric history in this short experimental game.

Working on the game for about 6-7 months, it is part of college assignment. To be honest not going to touch the project again. I feel like I am done with this one just want to start some thing new and fresh and what to do 3D stuff again. Also this was a team project, the whole team part didn't went as planned at which dropped my motivation towards the game.

Controls:

WASD: Movement
Num 1, 2 : Inventory Scrolling
Mouse Left click : Interaction

Gameplay Instructions:

well there are instruction in the map, but simply put you go in the dig zone, dig, find fossil, clean, donate to museum(recommended ) or sell.

Install instructions

This instruction would be really hard to follow. So, pay attention:

You need to download the game from this page.
Once the download finish on your very slow internet, save it to a safe location like the external hard drive which can easily be corrupted.
Right click on the file and than safely hover you mouse over "extract all" option. And click it.
Your computer will do some stuff but don't be scared
Now slowly open the file that just appeared out of no were.
And double click on the file with the icon of fossil head.
And there you go waste your time.
